"We booked Stephen and the team for the whole day of catering at our wedding at Hadsham Farm Weddings in Banbury. For the wedding breakfast we went for the BBQ option, we had 130 guests with the charcuterie boards as a starter, then a chouse of steak, chicken or burgers for our main. 70 of our guests chose to have steak, which we thought would have been difficult with the numbers and the size of the horse box being used as a kitchen. But some many of our guests said it was the best steak they'd ever had, a number of them asked how they cooked these and Stephen shared his recipe and event gave away some of the special meat rub they use. We (bride & groom) had the smash burgers and these were insane!
They were an amazing team, with great service and we would highly reconmend them, espcially if you're having a wedding at Hadsham Farm.

My husband and I both love steak and thought it would be a great idea to have a steak sandwich for our wedding breakfast, we were not wrong. The food itself was amazing, there was a wide range of sauces as well which everyone seemed to enjoy. If you are looking for a more relaxed wedding day and want to eat food which is actually delicious then I would 10/10 recommend Stephen and his team!"
